Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back is false
I haven’t been very impressed by the supposed “satisfaction guaranteed or your money back” on the product I bought on Multiplen (a killer mosquitoes that doesn’t kill any mosquito). They never wanted to give me the return address to return the product that does not represent what it is sold for. All I have been able to have is 10$ on a product of 35$, with this answer of the customers service: “ I have tried my best to negotiate a refund.My leader only agrees to refund you 7USD, I can take a little out of my salary to compensate you. May we refund you 10USD as compensation? This is the greatest authority I can solve the problem for you. If the freight is returned, the company will lose money and will ask me to bear the loss. I'm just a small customer service, and I have no other way. Thank you very much for your understanding.“ I will not order there again…
