Should have bought my phone off Vodafone
If I could give zero stars I would for this company. When you buy a new phone on their website there is a link to trade in your old phone to recommerce.com. sending it to a address in Newcastle. I done this and now two weeks later I have had no communications or any chance of a payment. I contacted honor and all they keep doing is sending me the link to the company Honor has to share some sort of responsibility with this as they are promoting them on their website. Buyers be aware, these two companies are duping customers.
