Worst Customer Service Ever
Ordering from this company was a nightmare from start to finish. Placed my order, then realized I didn't need it, so cancelled my order. 3 Hours later, I get a notification saying they've shipped it. Tracking, however, says It's not been picked up yet, just the label created. I frantically try to get a hold of them, with zero reply for 24 hours, before they finally tell me they've intercepted the parcel, and it won't be shipped. 2 Hours later, I get a tracking update that my parcel is on the way. I question them about this, and they say they weren't able to intercept my parcel after all. Why lie? It was agreed with them, I would return it, and they would pay the cost of the shipping to return it as well. The item arrives, and I go to return it, only to be told they will give me an address in a few days. A few days go by, and I ask again, turns out they were waiting to see if someone in Europe would buy it, so I could then just ship it to them! I finally get an address off of them and send it back, it arrives, they then take days to refund me the cost of the order, but they've not refunded me the shipping. I'm then told they can only refund the shipping via PayPal, which I don't have. I suggest a Stripe invoice, they say no, then yes let's try it, then no, then we'll try it, then no it needs to be paypal. I've had to ask a friend to use his paypal account. They've then said it'll be dealt with in 3 days. When asked why, when it's an instant transfer, they said they needed their finance department to approve it! 5 Days later, I finally get the refund, and it was £3 short, but at this point, I just want nothing to do with them anymore. In total, from start to finish, this process took around 32 Days. Every single step of the way, they were useless. Hands down, one of thee worst customer service relations I've ever had to deal with as a business, so much so I've had to come leave a review to warn others, that's how bad it was. Avoid at all costs.
