Package marked as delivered
Package marked as delivered, but never received. No proof of delivery (no signature, no photo), and DJI provided multiple contradictory explanations about where it was supposedly delivered. Despite this, they refused a refund and relied on vague courier statements. At this point, it seriously feels like a scam. Case is now with my bank (chargeback). Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
