Have owned the 96,Pro since February.When serching for my next phone .I was looking for a rugged all-rounder. Early in my ownership there was a problem with the night vision camera.After contacting Doogee they sent two software updates, problem fixed. Last week my screen cracked after a small drop.Had no luck trying to contact Doogee.Bought a replacement screen for$70 AU.The phone repairer had a horrible time removing the old screen.He thought it was one of the most solid phones he had ever seen. Now my external speaker is totally shot.Only an old Am radio hissing sound.So no Alarm or you tube.I purchased a replacement speaker with some upgrades to the original for $18 AU.The repair man had a good look at the speaker and said it was full of dust and badly damaged.Tried to fix but no good. The cost of new screen + speaker and fitting has come too over $230 AU so far.Will be in the bin if anyore faults.
