Banggood delivers empty package but refuses refund
Package received but turned out to be empty. On closer inspection, turns out package had been cut open (which I did not notice when it was handed to me). Banggood service terrible. I had paid for shipping insurance so expected this to be easy. And online complaint system responds, but demands that I obtain proof of package weight from the courier company. Courier company turns out to be less than helpful, directs me back to Banggood (etc etc). Summary: avoid Banggood. Made much better experiences in similar situations with Aliexpress.
