Poor, unresponsive, Chinese
Ordered a pair of binoculars and after waiting two weeks I emailed to see where my order was up to as the tracking link was unable to tell me anything, I didn't receive an answer to my email so I asked for my money back, no reply to that too, I'd seriously avoid using this company, if I knew before hand it was Chinese I'd never of bothered
