candle holder came bent and scratched - it took 5 full days of emails to get ahold of anyone RE a return. they said it did not look damaged - I sent more photos and they said to give it as a gift to someone and they would refund $13 on a $100 purchase. Why would I give a bent scratched candle holder as a gift? I finally got a return label. I had every intention of protesting the Visa charge - this people are pathetic and their merchandise is cheap junk from china - never never again will I buy from this place
