I ordered a 16 ounce bottle of fragrance oil, and when it arrived, the cap had been broken and the entire contents of the bottle leaked everywhere. However, first thing Monday morning I emailed the company let them know and immediately they sent out a replacement bottle. I really appreciate how quickly and smoothly everything moved. I will continue using this company for my Soap making, as well as Recomended to any of my new Soap making entrepreneurs! There are many options out there, including Amazon.
