UOB bank Malaysia, their service so lousy and treat you totally based on your looks, your address, and your status. Prejudice attitude and bad service of all specially in Kota Kinabalu branch. ANYONE WHO PLAN TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT WITH UOB MALAYSIA. Better don’t ! I recommend OCBC BANK MALAYSIA. (Both UOB AND OCBC MULTINATIONAL SINGAPOREAN BANK.) OCBC bank mucchhhh more better with their services and friendly. Experience: I went to UOB bank KK branch to open a bank account(one account) which quite similar to OCBC 360 Acc. Just before I get my debit card. A lady name LIM SIEW KHIM and staff attended ESTHER LEE SAID I NEED TO PROVIDE PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT TAX RESIDENCY DETAILS which is not provided to residents of Korea. And plus, it’s totally ridiculous because I already back Malaysia for good and currently working and employed in local company. For what wanan ask my previous employment details. In my experience, opening bank account even in other country do not require all this useless information. Even UOB bank sg also not require all of this info sia.. Staff really looking down customer wealth and prejudice. Choosy people. THEY CAN JUST DECLINE MY APPLICATION BEFOREHAND AND NO NEED TO WAIT UNTIL LAST MINUTE RIGHT? Totally unprofessional and worst lousy services. Racist and prejudice.
