Update: GOT MY MONEY BACK :D
After an initial lack of communication, no package and being able to get in touch with Jessica (from K&F) through here and later via e-mail. I can say I am happy with the outcome. Jessica was always very respectful through everything. I requested a refund, no questions where asked, and they refunded everything.
