Would love to put 0 stars. The conversation I’ve had with so called customer services in regards to returning a product is nothing short of ridiculous. You submit your case and wait for them to get back to you. They ask for pictures. Then argue with you. Then finally send you a long detailed returns policy which involves you losing 15% of what you paid. Non refundable shipping costs and you have to pay for the shipping of the returned goods.DO NOT USE THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY
