Awful! Avoid them
We had a pretty awful experience landing with MyTravelThru today. First of all, although we were told that someone will be waiting with a name card, there was no one there nor was there any actual person representing the company. I had to contact the driver who was nowhere to be found. We eventually found random representative who took us to a cafe and asked to wait for 5 minutes, then after 10 minutes he said 2 more minutes, which turned into 20 minutes. He provided no useful update and kept saying 3 minutes… We were literally wheeling our bags to another taxi when the booked one showed up almost 1.5 hours after we landed. We were also crammed with 3 other people and their luggage. Absolutely horrible experience.
