I am very dissatisfied with the service provided. The repair quotation was even higher than the cost of purchasing a new tablet, which is unreasonable. Furthermore, the quote stated that the issue was due to physical damage and therefore not covered under warranty. This is incorrect, as there was no physical damage to the device. The only problem was that Tablet stopped charging.This was my first and last purchase from Honor.
