Cant complain about the Support Dept…
Cant complain about the Support Dept but the product is terrible. Sizing is so off. All 4 items I bought were far too big, especially in the bust area. The jackets that went with the dresses had absolutely no shape, nothing like what was shown on the models and once again were too large. Time frame for despatch was much longer than shown on website. I asked for a credit and they firstly got back to me asking me to take photos, so it would help with there manufacturing - why should I, I explained what was wrong so isnt that something they should be looking into. Then they said they would send me options if I sent the photos - but credit wasn't mentioned. I have now insisted on a credit so we will see what happens. I cant recommend this company
