Unable to get full refund
Ordered a dress with £20 delivery that came to £147 it took 3 weeks to arrive, when it did it was cheap looking not at all like the pictures so downloaded app to process the return, they wanted to refund me £115 and pay another £3 for the pleasure. I wasn’t happy so decided to do online chat but I just got a robot and an automated message! Attempted to do refund process again but message said no refund? Wish I’d have read the reviews first as I would have steered well clear of this company
