This company engages in bait-and-switch…
This company engages in bait-and-switch scams to companies, by first offering them a promotional price in an email, and when you get the price, this offer is OVER the retail price on their website. And on their website they have "offers" which have been running so long that it's in reality their permanent price. A practice that's not in accordance with european marketing laws. I brought this to their attention, but they haven't done anything about it. Unserious company, with doesn't seem to have any problems trying to scamming you. Regarding the reply from Wattcycle: This seems to be an auto generated reply and it's not relevant to the experience I had. This just goes to show what level of customer service you can expect from this company. After this reply I would like to change me reply to 0 stars...
