I purchased 2 boxes which wasn't delivered to me. After speaking to support, they said boxes were delivered according to USPS, end of conversation. Well, I've purchased 5+ boxes from you so far. I didn't appreciate the shortness of the CS, and would've appreciate some sort of remedy since I'm trying to be a loyal customer.
