Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company. I paid them 2x/month for 2 years and have spent the last 8 months trying to get closure to all the issues they messed up. I have filed 3 BBB complaints and am about to report them for fraud since they refuse to do what they have been contracted to do and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone that knows anything. I have requested to speak to a manager and their "negotiators" (who I don't think actually exist) and am constantly told they are not available. I think this whole "Group" is a sham and a fraud. They are highly incompetent, borderline criminal, and a complete waste of time and money. Use anyone else other than Rockwell My Client ID Number is: R0014284120.
