Excellent customer service
First, the bag was beautiful! Exactly as described. It even came beautifully packaged. All hardware was protected and the bag packed to prevent crushing or marking. Second, the interior was nice, including a zippered area to safely carry smaller items and money. Unfortunately, the interior zipper wasn't smooth. I emailed CX and they responded promptly. They tried to help me remedy the situation and I even took it to a leather goods specialist but he was unable to help fix it with wax. After we tried these remedies and determined we couldn't fix the issue, they immediately shipped a replacement bag. What an amazing company! I wish others responded like this.
