Just plain terrible!!!
Just plain terrible. I have brought my 2 Dobies to Pet Paradise for years and loved their service originally but over the last 2 years they've become so bad that it is utterly unbelievable. You'll be given conflicting procedures and rules by the staff. My dogs are over 100lbs and their feeding rules only allow for so much food. My dogs are not overweight but and are healthy eaters and routinely eat over 2 cups of food at a time when they eat. There are so many things to complain about that I simply can list them all. As proof of the horrible services from your first interaction with Pet Paradise, all you need do is call the main number and attempt to make a reservation. If you get someone in less than 30 minutes, I'd be willing to eat my hat on youtube.
