Business Banking is Terrible
How can a modern international bank from Singapore have such a terrible online banking system. Singapore is an amazing country where so much is best in the world for quality....UOB should be ashamed of itself....how can any bank in 2022 have such a dysfunctional online banking system. It is the worst I have every experienced in all my life both personally and in business. In fact the business online system is so far behind every other bank it is pitiful. UOB will lose so many customers and in the end its customers that keep a bank afloat.....If they do not change and modernize and employ top App specialists and top internet banking specialists to create easy online banking, I predict this bank will not be around in 20 years. Online business banking is the worse in the world....old fashioned, ridiculously complicated and wastes time and costs companies money as it takes so long to do anything. Too many crazy regulations and hurdles to jump through until you can make one simple transfer. Transfers you can do with any other bank in less then a minute. Why use UOB ? I am asking myself the same question and like others I spoke to, will probably close my accounts with them and move to a much better bank.....UOB you should be listening to your customers or you will be left behind.....banking is changing and quality online is vital...you are in last position.
