If I had a choice to give them negative rating, I would. FRAUD company. I want to sue them for destroying my heels. Worst part is that Synchrony bank (credit card company) is supporting them. We tried to dispute the charges as the shoes were CRAP and they would not take returns. But Synchrony bank supported their side of the story and did not believe us. Their reply is also a lie. I had lots of back and forth correspondence with them. So no use getting another cooked up response from them.
