Reply form Jjshouse following my second review update is that I can change my order for an additional 20% fee even though the change was requested within the hours stated on website.
Ordered a dress with this company, dress was £170, within 48hrs I contacted the company via email and phone to request a change in colour or a change in item to original order. I have had no response to my now 3 emails and 3 calls to date. I don’t want to cancel the order just amend.
