What we like about Instant Mandarin
My son & I have been taking lessons for about a year now. We have tried other Chinese learning platforms in the past. But what stands out for Instant Mandarin are the following: 1. The lessons are clear and organized. There is a short homework at the end that is very helpful for extra practice. 2. The teachers are always on time, very professional & explain things really well. They adapt and adjust quickly to your level. 3. The customer service is very helpful & prompt in responding to any questions or concerns. 4. The prices are very affordable, especially if you get the bigger packages. 5. The website is easy to navigate. Their cancellation policy is also very flexible just in case something comes up. 6. The 25-minute lessons are perfect in the sense that it is very easy to fit in our schedule and just enough that we learn new words each time without being too overwhelmed.
