Worst online ordering experience ever.
This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with an online order. My biggest regret is that I did not read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered something 4 weeks ago. In order to track it, I am being directed to purchase an app before I can receive any information. No doubt the app is also owned by the company. So disgusted.
