Waited almost 4 weeks for an order that…
Waited almost 4 weeks for an order that never arrived. Checked my account online, and it told me that my order had not even been shipped yet. So I contacted Darkpick for an explaination. No reply. I went to PayPal and asked them to sort it. They sent me a temporary refund. The next day, Darkpick emailed me and apologised. They said that my order had shipped 3 days ago, and offered a 20% discount on my next order. I ignored the email. The following day, Darkpick sent another email, telling me that they have cancelled my order and to expect a refund. They lie all the time (this is my second order from them {also my last} and had issues both times). What is it Darkpick? Not sent? Refunded? Sent 3 days ago? Worst service ever - won't be back.
