On line chat with Justin K.
I used the online chat - I knew I wanted an upgrade guitar but that is about all I knew. Justin K. the salesman was fantastic. I guess he stayed with me for 45 min discussing my options / priorities etc. when we decided that the Yamha was the best fit for me I was 100% confident in that selection and completed the order.
