I've hardly used my board since I bought it 5 years ago, finally get it out for the first time in 2 years and all the glue has some away where the d rings attach. I did some research and there is a known issue but apparently my board is 301 units short of the recall, which is ridiculous. I wrote to them enclosing photos and all they could say is that it is sun and water related even though I've only used it a max of 10 times, probably not even that - the board still looks brand new apart from the glue problems.
