I was scared after reading the reviews here on Trustpilot abd it turns out they were right. The jewelry "24 karat gold" turned black after a year. Also, as everyone else mentioned, I was hit with a surprise import fee of 70$ about a month after my delivery from FedEX..
My experience has been terrible. The app is awful, taking long to respond, support email response was slow but that wasn't too big of a problem. The worst things are that, for the price (and these light bulbs and light panels are really expensive) they aren't working well at all. They need to be reset every other month or so and re-pair to the app. I can't share light access with my girlfriend since I don't have an iPhone.. I don't recommend Nanoleaf at all. Buy something else and save yourself time, trouble and money.
They have gambling in their games, that children are allowed to play. Not only that but the CCP has their foot in the company. Lots of pay to win games. Bad.
