I’m giving them 4 stars because 1, I didn’t like that they gave me no option but to use DHL on my first order which shipping cost me more than my order. The custom fees are ridiculously expensive as well, and they took longer to give me my damn package once it arrived in the country. I HATE DHL. Also there was one bag I didn’t like the quality of and their packaging is not on, it came open. But everything else is wonderful and I will be doing business with them again
