Excellent service and a trustworthy
I bought my 100-inch S Pro floor rising screen back in 2022. Unfortunately, at the end of August, the screen suddenly stopped working and wouldn't rise anymore. I contacted Chloe via email, and she was incredibly responsible. She worked closely with her manager to find a solution that worked perfectly for both parties. To my surprise, I received my new replacement screen just two days after she confirmed the resolution! I relocated to the UK for work five years ago, and I've experienced a lot of disappointing customer service from major companies here (like David Lloyd and Hillarys Blinds). Unlike those companies, which often lack proper after-sales care, Vividstorm provided an excellent experience. Even though Vividstorm is a Chinese manufacturer with head office in HK, they prove that Asian companies are becoming truly globalized when it comes to world-class customer service.
