If I could give 0 stars I could. I received my bridesmaids dresses on Friday last week (it is now Thursday). I bought 2 dresses in same style and I didn’t like either of 2 dresses. The stitching on both dresses is very poor and thread is hanging in places they have missed whole chunks of stitching and fabric isn’t the greatest quality either, just a cheap looking chiffon version of what the picture looks like. The inside/underskirt of the dress is not sewn into to the top of the dresses at all so you can see a beige colour all the way round the bust (the dresses are dark green so this is noticeable). I don’t understand how anyone thinks these dresses are nice! Very bad workmanship and not worth the £202 I paid. I tried to do a refund on their website but it just crashes and says operation failed. I contacted them via chat on Saturday and they said someone will email me, they didn’t. I sent them another contact form on Tuesday and still nothing. I can’t find a number to call them and give them a piece of my mind. I have spent over £200 on dresses that are disgraceful! The dresses were only worth £70 but due to their EXTORTIONATE delivery cost of £40 I have had to pay £80 delivery as my bridesmaids live in 2 different cities! Im now broke and looking for new dresses and completely put off buying any more online! JJs house is not good. DO NOT BUY!! AVOID AVOID AVOID! I have just seen JJs House reply to my review saying they have replied to my refund request which is a lie. I have received no emails from them and I have checked my junk. This website is a con and I am going to have to open a dispute with my bank to see if they can help me get my money back. If you really cared about your customers you would clearly state on your website how people can make a refund including what address they should send their items to. It’s all fake lies and I am still missing £202. Thanks for making my wedding even more stressful JJs House. Me and my bridesmaids are back to square one trying to find dresses again with no money. Very upsetting. Well done!
