ITS A SCAM!!!
Been over a year and a half since i cancelled a flight and still haven’t seen a single dime from the “full refund” i am suppose to get. At this point, i have just given up cause the only real thing i can do is contact the bank and try. Also for anyone reading this. Don’t believe anything they say as it’s a scam and you should just contract your bank and hope for the best.
