Excellent product/materials, extended customer service hours would be helpful
Excellent product/materials. Could have used a little more help during the ordering process as I wasn't sure what might be an important consideration/addition, having never ordered this product before. A little "steering" toward some additional considerations or upgrades would have been helpful based on the company's prior experience with their sales to regular consumers, not contractors. Just things to think about before final acceptance of the order. Otherwise the product itself is of very good quality, and when I ran into a problem it was resolved satisfactorily. Also, for those of us on the west coast, extended Customer Service hours would have been VERY helpful !
