Why oh Why havn't my parts left the warehouse?
customer service is great but if the warehouse doesn't ship the order what good is great customer service? This is an ongoing problem. I order parts next day and I have to call the next day to find out that the parts never shipped, so next day becomes 2 to 3 days. If this problem was fixed everything would be excellent.
