The worst fitness purchase decision ever made. The plans are super basic, and the interfaces very glitchy and awkward to use. You could Google and get better information from articles for FREE. I dumped it after a few weeks. Then, to my surprise, they charged me $46 for a renewal plan months later. I asked them to reverse the charge and they refused. They responded with a "legalize" form letter with a too bad -- you are day late canceling your auto renewal. This thing is a SCAM. The billings to my account came from Lithuania. Stay far away from this. "RUN" away and fast. Good luck with your fitness journey.
