Company isn't a scam, but the service I chose was
This company should only be offering passport renewals right now, because the US government isn't accepting new passport applications from third-party couriers. When I went to the acceptance facility, the worker there told me that letters of authorization are currently not allowed due to the pandemic (which explains why it was impossible to find this document on onlineexpeditors.com). Basically, this company engaged in false advertisement. I'm giving them 2 stars though because they promised a full refund.
