Do not purchase a ticket from Explore Trip!!!!! Awful customer service with no responsibility and respect what so ever. One of the airline changed the date of flight but they can't do anything with it and said no guarantee of full refund. If you get a refund, you have to wait 3 to 4months! Total scam and bull****!! Can't even take care of basic stuff but rather they give you a full stress and anxiety. I'm not recommending this company at all and beware of it! NOT EVEN WORTH A ONE STAR
