Terrible customer service
Works well if you don't need to contact customer support, but if you do order and have a problem, don't expect them to help you. My order was out of stock and they only told me after I threatened to file a PayPal dispute after days of it being stuck on pending. After I said I would like a refund or I would go ahead with the dispute, they told me to "go ahead". There are other reputable Taobao agents you can use that are cheaper and provide better services and I would suggest looking at those alternatives.
