They make supporting small businesses feel right? Nothing like making a mistake in an online order, write to customer service, have a quick efficient answer, and also receiving many options to void your mistake. I chose the option to have my clothes sent back to me, only adding a cost equivalent to new shipping and they let me keep the first order. 10/10 will buy confidently from them again!
