When I purchased this product
When I purchased this product, I was automatically signed up for a subscription without realizing it. By the time I noticed, they were already sending me a second batch—even though the first batch didn’t work in the first place. I went to the website to cancel, and they claim that it’s “easy to unsubscribe.” NO, IT IS NOT. They sent me a cancellation link that didn’t work, and the entire process feels intentionally dragged out. I followed the steps exactly as instructed, and I still couldn’t cancel. Now I have to contact my credit card company, dispute/cancel the charges, and potentially have my card reissued just to stop a subscription I never wanted for a product that didn’t work. Save yourself the money, frustration, and headache. I would not recommend this product.
