Customer Service Slow Response
I bought the Twilly Jute Tote Bag - Full Black, but I received only the Jute Tote Bag while the free twilly is missing. I tried to contact customer service via live chat, whatsapp chat and fb messenger. All were slow to respond (more than 10 hours waiting time). Hopefully I will get my free twilly soon! *** Update on 30th July 2021*** Yes I received reply from your customer service agent but was disappointed with the suggestion of RM5 refund in store credit and then asking me if there is any more pending order from me to include the free twilly. I think the best way is to just resend me the missing item in a new parcel. Thanks.
