I ordered a power station
I ordered a power station. At least I thought I did! Until Banggood pointed out that maybe I had ordered the wrong thing. They sorted out cancelling the order and getting the right piece of equipment ordered. The refund was sorted immediately with the funds back in my account within a week. The new power station arrived also within a week and is exactly what I wanted, it works great. Great service.
