False advertising
Stay away from this company. I ordered a pair of leather sandals with arch support and I paid for shipping. Received the sandals after 3 weeks!! They were not even in a box, only wrapped in plastic shipping bag. Material is plastic, not leather. there is no arch support, the color is off and fit is terrible. I contacted the customer service and requested a full refund. They asked for photos of the shipping material and the product that I provided. They did not honor my request for a refund saying that I received the correct size!! Instead they offered me 20% discount on my next order!! WOW!! I must be stupid to order anything from this company again after wasting about $40.
