Terrible unethical company
Edit: They are still trying to counter the fact I requested this cancellation well in advance of them shipping it. I will be reporting them for fraud and theft to the proper authorities. Terrible unethical company. They deliberately ignore cancellation requests and do not adhere to their express shipping offers. The ignoring cancellation requests is so they can wait until they shipped the item to tell you they can't cancel it. This is how they figure they can legally keep from refunding for shipping on top of product cost.
