Miraculously fast delivery
Getting sent a big box DHL express for no charge already makes me want to come back. Items are reasonably priced (for art toys), I like the curation on products, and shipping is suspiciously good. I got my slab in 4-5 days which has really bailed me out of not having presents for loads of people.
