It gives me immense pleasure to write a review on the excellent performance and customer service support provided by one of the team members Shubham Sharma, a team member of “My Tickets to India.” He is an excellent communicator, polite and customer friendly. He was attentive to customer’s feeling and choice of convenience. He tried to provide multiple options to choose. He was not even reluctant to listen and address to my questions/ concerns and requests.
