Design Evo is really good for all with limited finance
Design Evo has good options and it lets you download the low resolution file - which is good enough for a startup with limited finances. It would have been good if it provided me a brand kit with lesser charges, but, whatever it be, it is much better than other "FREE" logo makers for which you have to pay or download a watermarked version.
