Shipping process has a lot to be desired.
The purchasing process went okay, in that Aukey took my money and said I ordered the product intended. However the shipping process seems a little sketchy. I received an email that the order shipped but didn't receive any tracking information, the email merely states "Track your shipment to see the delivery status" but no tracking information can be found, in the email or on the order confirmation page. On the order confirmation page there is a link to "Track order with Shop" but that doesn't work either, merely saying the order "Shipped." So I guess we'll see if I actually receive the item I ordered. 🤷🏻♂️
